Gembird® quality control procedure for paiting and silk-screen labels

Product with painting and silk-screen must pass the following two test methods (only for a single product unit before the mass production):

Divorce test： use a piece of 18mm wide “3M” or “NICHLBAN” adhesive tape to stick well on the surface of product with painting or silk-screen
After stick the adhesive on the surface, tester must suddenly pull it off with about 45° between adhesive and product surface twice.

The test is passed, if the silk-screen and painting is not removed.

Alcohol resistance test： use a piece of cloth to dip in some 99.5% alcohol.
Then press on the cloth with a force of 500g/cm² and rub on the surface of silk-screened product back and forth for 100 times.

The test is passed, if the silk-screen and painting is not removed.
